I recently stayed at the Royal Palace hotel during my business trip and I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided. The hotel is located in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Excellent choice if you want a cosy place to stay in. Though the hotel usually has its own rooftop restaurant, the cook was on leave during our stay. However, the hotel owner kindly directed us to the hotel next door for breakfast. The only drawback is that the room doesn't have a window that lets in any natural light. The window opens onto a corridor and so every sound you make inside the room is audible outside and vice versa. (This may be a privacy concern for some.) Very horrible experience! There is no facility in the room. Dirty colored bed sheet, not white. Huge dust under the bed. No TV but they transferred us in other room where old model TV available on demand. No soap for bath. Water bottle supplied after demand on next day morning. I was want to stay here only for night and by mistake I booked it for 3 hours. Owner asked me rudely that you have already taken whatever benefit by booking online and you have to payed more money if want to stay full night.
