Celebrate Inn Resort — Hotel in Jakhya

I recently stayed at Celebrate Inn, and I must say this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality establishment. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional and downright unacceptable.

From the very beginning, we were treated with a lack of courtesy and respect. The staff not only failed to provide basic hospitality, but they were also rude and dismissive when we raised genuine concerns. Things escalated when one of the staff members argued with us openly and even got into a verbal altercation, which is completely uncalled for and reflects extremely poorly on the management.

Rather than resolving the matter politely or professionally, the staff showed no intention to de-escalate or understand the guest’s side. Being treated like this while paying for a stay is not just disappointing—it’s infuriating. No guest should have to face verbal fights or confrontations in a place that advertises itself as a hotel and resort.

This experience has left a very bitter impression, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hospitality is about respect, comfort, and service—none of which we received here. ‼️Terrible Experience – Not Recommended at All‼️

I had one of the worst experiences at this farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place lacked even the most basic necessities. There were no towels, no nearby shops, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. For a place that claims to offer comfort, it failed miserably.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire stay uncomfortable and frustrating. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about the guests.

The service was absolutely pathetic, with no attention to detail or effort to make things better. The only silver lining was Rahul, the one staff member who actually tried to help us and showed some level of professionalism.

Despite Rahul's efforts, the overall experience was so disappointing that I strongly advise against staying at this farmhouse. It’s simply not worth your time or money. Avoid...

For Couple, you might feel unsafe because of the location as in night you cant see any light around. There is no proper internet and there is no wifi, they mentioned it but there was no wifi so you cant do anything which require decent internet speed. Road to this hotel is terrible, it will be hard to find commute. Food is average. Bed was terrible as they did not remove the plastic cover of bed and it was very uncomfortable and slippery. I asked them then they said, it is in every room, this is how it is. Limited food delivery outlet for online food ordering, you have to pay heft delivery charge for ordering something good from swiggy or zomato.
