Always ready with a smile, and stories that make you feel like you're part of the family.

From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, seen, and taken care of. Whether it was the staff going the extra mile or the locals sharing tips with such warmth, the experience was nothing short of magical. Waking up to the view of snow-kissed mountains and sipping tea by the Dal Lake just sealed the deal.
