Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

Our stay here was a nightmare. With outside temperatures at -3°C, the central heating failed, and no backup was provided. We had two small kids, and everyone in the family fell sick, as chilled air from outside was passing in the room because of in-proper sealing of the rooms. When we asked for a blower or any heater, we were told it was leaking and “might be repaired tomorrow” – completely irresponsible! How can a hotel in such a cold region not have working heaters?

The stay was so bad we left a day early, and complaints were completely ignored. Staff tried, but management and facilities...

I recently stayed at Hotel falcon heights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the prompt service.

The location is perfect—close to all major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety.

Must say my stay at hotel falcon heights was amazing experience. Rooms where beautiful with fresh ambience and nice bathroom. Staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Special appreciation to the restaurant staff Umar and Nasir for being very kind for meal services. We being vegetarians had problems for the kids but they arranged whatever was required for us.
