TLDR: They don't keep heating on even half of the night. They made me believe they had good heating when i was booking rooms for group with infant and senior citizens.
Long version: I had booked 2 family rooms, for Rs.13,000, for one night, Nov 17th-18th 2024. For people aged between 2 year old 72 year old, with 5 senior citizen. We are from a state that stays between 25 to 40C year round. So, as one could imagine, heating was a priority for sleeping properly. And what happened was the room started getting cold from 10pm onwards. When i went to turn up the heating, there was nothing coming from the heater 10pm onwards. I thought maybe it will get warmer later on. All of us were very tired from the day and went to sleep early that night. But as the night went on, the room kept getting colder and colder, by 1:30am, I and many of us woke up from the cold. The landline was dead in my room. So i went to the reception. There wasn't a single staff to be seen in the entire hotel. So I called up the number in which i booked the room. She gave me other phone numbers to contact. After like 10 to 20 phone calls, I was informed that heater will only work till 01:00 am. They told me this was the no other customers had complained about this before. Which is very unlikely. I requested them to keep it on just for tonight in that case, but to no avail.
They convincing me while booking the rooms - "we have centralized heating, heating wont be an issue" when i asked specifically that we have many senior citizen, and need proper heating. I don't know the specific time they turned off the heater. My guess is its off from 10pm onwards. But even if what they say is right, and heater was off only at 1 am, it got cold so fast in the room that we were awake due to the cold by 1:30 am.
Don't be fooled by the front hotel sign that reads "Centralized Heating" right beside the name of the hotel. What is the point if you turn it off to save a little...

I was surprised to hear this and as hotel was not house packed for that particular day and nobody was waiting for us to checkout from the room. I informed that we are checking out in another 10 min, Mujeeb said I will charge you for the next day. On top of this, hotel owner Mujeeb said that it is the hotel policy if person stays in our hotel after 11 o'Clock then he gets charged for next day. I told them that even one star hotels are more hospitable than the services which are provided by you. ||Won't recommend anybody to this hotel as this kind of hospitality is never expected when you book expensive or cheap hotels. The staff should be trained how to deal with the customers. ||||I would not even like to give a single rating to this hotel.||Don't fall in...
