Hotel Trinetar Gardens & Banquets ( A Unit of Sudershan Hotels & Resorts) — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

There is no transparency of the tariff, I was told a different tariff for the pax combination over the phone and at the hotel, I was given a different tariff. On complaining, I was told I should have rejected the tariff on my arrival at the hotel and only then some negotiation would have been possible. Poor management, vacant hotel, bare bone services. I did not get hot water in the bathroom. The hotel wifi wasn't working and it was only after a complaint that it got rectified. The only wow factor was breakfast, which was good, and I thank them for that.

Booked this hotel for 2 days. This hotel was 10 km away from Jammu Airport so it took about 1 hour to reach and the road to this place is in poor condition. The hotel was good. Smooth Check In. The room was clean. Water bottles were provided and were restocked the next day. The bathrooms were clean as well. The sheet had faintly visible stains on it. Other than that everything was clean. The room was cleaned by the housekeeping the next day. The lift was operational and there was ample space for parking. Grocery shops are present outside the hotel. The only downside was that there wasn't any cab service available in this area. None of the cab services operated in this area and it was quite troublesome. Overall a good...

Worst food, I have attended marriage Last night, seriously food was pathetic. They have added tamarind water in champ which had made the dish highly sour in taste. Their Dal Makhani was too bad. The food was not not in Foul taste but really tasteless. I will never reccomend this hotel to anybody. I have never expect such tasteless preparations from Mango hotel. I don't think they have any cook in their kitchen, instead road side eateries have better cooking skill as compared to their cooks. I can't imagine how they have cooked such tasteless food. One more thing, in gajar halwa instead of gajar they have added pumpkin.

Lastly, I would give negative star rating to Mango hotel but my bad luck, such rating...
