Pine View Hotel and Restaurant — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Pathetic place to be.. their service is very poor. We were 2 bikers from Leh and were offered very poor service. Given dirty water to drink which we refused politely.

We asked for reciept of room payment but hotel care taker was too rude and asked us that we can throw your baggage out if you want (since they take advance payment of room )

Next morning when we tried to complaint to manager he simply said 20 rupie do paaniki bottle ke aur jo karna hai karo.

I always enjoy costing this place..... outta full of charming flowers and trees.... had swings for children...it's outdoors are mesmerising. Food is equally gud with old world charm in restaurant. I love having evening tea...

Reception man rood very bad , he did not know how to treat a customer and prices very high according to other hotels ,rooms very dirty ,service very bad don't go with...
