The Belle Vue Cottages — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

The property has ample open car parking. The location of property is one of the best which can only be judged from the property. The view from the cottage is mesmerizing in the evening. There are 4-5 sets. Each set has 2 adjoining bedrooms with attached washrooms, common lobby with dinning table and sofa. Each set also has a porch with proper place for gathering, bonfire and a small garden. The owner doesn't live here and is run by staff. The owner is polite and humble. Both veg and non vegetarian Food is served. Food is tasty. I don't have any idea about drinks. Rooms are a little small but very clean and with heaters, tv, kettle side tables, washroom, dustbin, water heater, clean blanket and bedding. Patnitop is 10 minutes away and kud is 2 minutes away(try Google maps).

The property is adjoining a fuel station so no issues about refuelling the car. The best part about the property is that even in case of very heavy snowfall there are maximum chances that you will reach the property.

If you really want to have a good time try coming in snow.

Suggestion for the owner Please add toilet papers also. I am trying to edit the location as it is around 50m wrongly marked. Hope it will be done. Music in the common area in the evening would be good. Also some kids swings would add wonders to families visiting...

"We had the most wonderful stay at The Belle Vue Cottages ! The moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. The cottage is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we needed.

The real showstopper, however, is the stunning view from the The Belle Vue Cottages location. Waking up each morning to watch the sunrise over the rolling hills was truly magical.

The cottage's proximity to nearby attractions like patnitop just 5 km away , made it the perfect base for our adventures. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful thank you Sharad ji for the Great Hospitality , providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was seamless.

Pathetic experience. Rooms filled with spiders and mosquitoes and when complained about it the OWNER says he can't help it as ''He can't make a person stand and stop spiders and mosquitoes from entering the rooms.''This line shows how responsible the owner himself is. Tv and wifi dont work properly. They will charge for the extra person but will not provide extra bedding. Rooms are too small, no almirah to store your luggage and please don't get fascinated by them pictures of the room. They are not at all the same . The entrance of family room is very narrow, you can't even open the door properly. Any discomfort during your stay will not be handled. All in all a BIG NO if you are planning...
