Dev Residency — Hotel in Jamuniyakalan

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of hospitality. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing any concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or met with attitude, making the entire experience stressful rather than relaxing.

Basic amenities were poorly maintained, and any issues reported were either delayed or outright dismissed without an apology. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking, especially for a service-based industry where first impressions matter.

During my stay for 2 nights, entire hotel was booked for a wedding. Hardly 1-2 rooms were left for customers like me.

The food quality and taste is of next level. Must try are the kebabs. The quantity is sufficient. I tried 3 types of kebabs, Malai kofta, Biryani, Roti, Manchurian Noodles during my stay. All of the items were lip smacking.

On first day, I did not get a towel as the service boy told me they are all taken. He just handed over a napkin to me.

Then there was no telephone connection in my room. So later in the evening, the restaurant person gave me his No for ordering food.

Even TV connection was not there but they fixed it later.

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Dev Residency Neemuch. I have been requesting an invoice from Mr. Manoj for the past 35 days and have sent 75 reminder emails, but there has been no response from their side. Despite multiple follow-up calls, every time I managed to reach Mr. Manoj, he assured me the invoice would be shared, but it never happened.

To make matters worse, he not only failed to deliver on his promises but also resorted to abusive behavior during our conversations. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
