Horrible experience, My mother chose this place to organize her kitty party but this venue ruined the complete event . Staff was clearly not trained well, their service was delayed by a great margin even the utensils were not clean ,even there was a cricket (jhingoor) in the water glass , staff was not able to provide any corrections or support regarding the situations. The dishes that were served was a whole another level of dissapointment, every dish had some fault, either it was too salty or too much sour for a normal human being, they are so skilled that they even managed to ruin the drinks that are supposed to be the most simple food items to be offered, and their management skills are something to be noted as they were unable to keep track of the orders which were given beforehand , they mixed up our order of dishes with another order of another event held there. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VENUE TO CELEBRATE ANY EVENT AND YOU WANT NO COMPLICATIONS AND NO ERRORS THEN PLEASE...

Not a good place. Rooms without ventilation. AC does work. Rooms are too stinging. They put off the AC several times in day and also at night (remotely controlled with out asking Customers). When electricity fails/shutdown,they don't use generator gor all). There is no CAR parking (when booked online/phone, it was informed that there is good parking). Parking is on road, near hotel with full gap / gadda. Its in central bazar, so day time, its too crowded. Food is mixed Veg and Non-veg, horrible. No proper behavior of staff.
