Collection O Hirak Road Dhanbad formerly Hirak Inn — Hotel in Jharkhand

I have stayed many hotels and guest house in my life. I have booked 2 rooms from make my trip by looking the photos but when I reached the hotel an stupid worker refused to give entry we waited 2 hr midnight after that he opened the front gate asking for the ID like hardcopy they will not accept any digital id from digilocker or any hard copy other than aadhar card they also refused to cancel the rooms after some time we called the owner and then we got entry . After I open the room I saw spider net and spider on bathroom like they never clean lots of girls hair on bed no water no amenities dropping water from the AC continuously into the bed no working tv and fan we leave the hotel and booked another near hotel from location lost 3k what kind of service and behaviour is this I don't know I think this hotel is one of the worst hotel in jharkhand if you want to stay here...

Due to an exam in Dhanbad, I booked a room in this hotel for 2 nights and 1 day. It was the worst experience.

1.First of all We were not given any room key because they said there is no key for the room. (Though, thankfully, nothing was stolen.)

2.maximum of the taps in the bathroom were working.

3.The room had no proper latch/lock from the inside.

4.No housekeeping or room cleaning service was provided.

5.The bed, bed sheet, and pillow cover were stained. When we asked to change them, they said it had already been changed.

6.Not even a single toilet soap was provided.

7.There was a TV in the room, but it didn’t work.

8.The website claimed free Wi-Fi, but when we asked for the password, they said the connection was cut. However, we could clearly see the router was working — it was showing a green light.

Rooms are overpriced. Location is not good. I have stayed in more than 70 - 80 hotels by far, to my surprise this is the only hotel which has no kitchen facilities. I was not given a packaged drinking water. Receptionist said they provide RO water . No seal packed water. No nearby restaurants. No auto / bus stop. Behaviour of the receptionist was good. No small shops nearby that you can buy water / biscuits etc etc . Rooms are ok . I stayed for 2 days, load shedding is a common problem. AC will not run but fan and light works as they have solar inverter. You may stay, but not give it a first choice to stay. Yes but Zomato comes here for...
