Hotel Churuwala Inn — Hotel in Jharkhand

I checked in at 6 am. Booked the hotel directly over telephone. I was asked to pay higher for early check in . That’s okay. Booked the room with breakfast .I had to wait outside the hotel for 20 minutes as no one was receding my call and the main door was locked. It was shocking the person at the reception asked for the entire booking amount in advance.||I was given a room and I realised the room windows do not have curtains . I called the reception they changed the room . The room is very small. The washroom was okay but hot water was missing . I had to wait for more than 2 hours for my black tea. Then I got a call for breakfast . Again , after few minutes I was told I won’t get a complimentary breakfast today. I can get it tomorrow. The person was blunt . Spoke to the receptionist. After lot of exchanges she said I can take my breakfast . The hotel management should have electric kettle in the room and arrangement for tea . This can give the guest a lit bit of comfort . During my breakfast I saw boiled eggs are there . I asked for an omelette but the staff refused . This is the way they treat guests .||The property is quite okay but it’s totally mismanaged . We booked this hotel from online and visited Churuvilla located before Churuwala Inn at same location in lower bazar. Both hotels are owned by same and there was confusion even when we paid full price before. So, we had to go from villa to wala then back again which was irritating. They didn't confirm our booking and said only one room was available when we had booked and paid for two. Then they sent us to Churuwala for rooms. There after one hour another room was available but no ac remote. Service was also bad they don't fix tv in time, no ac after booking ac. This hotel has rooms with ac problem so don't buy ac rooms unless they fix the problem. The only good point is cleanliness. We wanted room in same floor because we got separate floor rooms. After handing the key of fifth floor they cleaned the room and gave it back to us as they were not able to provide two rooms...

I booked a room in this hotel. Me and my wife Checked in at around 10 p.m.The room was too cramped. AC was also not working.When complained,manager told that mcb was down and now it has been rectified.At around 12 a.m again AC stopped working due to tripping of mcb.I went to reset it.At around 1a.m there was power cut and it took them around 20 mins to start dg set.
