Worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE Stay date: 24th dec'23 to 26th dec,23 After all these below (IN DETAILS) mentioned harrasment, on the check out day, they have charged us 2,500 as a penalty of noise, according to them their guest has checked out without paying due to noise in the night. I am not sure , if I started to charge of our harrasment how much amount they have to pay. I did not hear this type of nonsense and scam anywhere where guest needs to pay for noise. Bro we have booked your hotel for our vacation , relaxation, we have gone there to relax ourselves, not to do Bhajan & kirtan. In one word: A COMPLETE SCAM

Harrasment in details: We were 9 people there. We have booked 3 double bed room(delux) and one executive for 3 persons to stay , and they confirmed our booking with this. After check in we have to change our rooms 3 times on the same day within 2 hrs of check in, which was a complete harrasment after a long journey. Because everyone was tired on that day. 1st room (for 2 persons)- Geaser was not working, after complaining manager asked to change the room, we didn't say anything we shifted with all the luggages, when we shifted to another, suddenly manager came again to tell go to previous room now geaser is working fine there, again we changed upon discussion with him.

2nd room: (3 persons) After commiting for 3 persons shared bed, they gave us two single bed, and for one person they arranged a mattress in floor, which was completely inaccetable. We are paying full money what you are charging, now one of our person needs to stay in floor ? Why man? Again we have complained , the so called corrupted manager changed the room again . On that next room exhaust fan was not there in the washroom....

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, it’s located far from the main area, making it completely inconvenient. The service is non-existent — slow, careless, and totally unresponsive.

The owner has an arrogant attitude and seems completely disinterested in guest concerns. There’s absolutely no hospitality here. Basic amenities like towels weren’t even provided, and to top it off, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked from the inside -serious safety and privacy issue.

To make matters worse, a piece of clothing was stolen from my room. When I reported it, no one took any responsibility. There was no apology, no solution — just silence and avoidance.

The staff’s behavior was rude, and the management clearly has no control or accountability. If you value your time, money, and personal belongings, I strongly recommend staying far away...

Newly established Hotel.All the stay was average.But It was really pathetic while I am talking abt food.Really I cudnt abl to stand it ..The hotel staffs said as newly established hotel it is,we will going to go with best services.The room should be managed bttr the edges of beds badly injured within the stay while roaming here n there within the room.You have to be careful abt that.All othr accommodations were gud though.We asked them to clean the room while we wer out. But they didn't do the same too.We booked this hotel through OYO.May be tourists visit can improve their experience.So we can just help them up by choosing them being as guest to...
