Hotel O by OYO Creation Premium — Hotel in Jharkhand

Never ever recommend to book and waste time energy. If I could give negative rating I would have given the same.

Worst Experience. Came with my family here. After reaching the property the staff asked to pay an additional amount because they feel the amount you paid through the app is not sufficient.

Had a talk with the regional manager of OYO of jamshedpur he is also aware of it. OYO uses cheap tricks to make people book the hotel and once you are there and don't have any other option you will be bound to pay extra. If you request a bill they will not provide it.Great way to cheat customers.

Most of the doors of hotel rooms were not closing. None of the bathrooms...

Very bad experience, I booked this hotel using OYO at 599 using coupons but on arrival they denied me the room saying I booked a normal room without AC even though I booked an AC room, they also asked me for Rs 800 for that non AC room, upon showing him my booking details he refused to see further and asked us to move out without even confirming booking details, the staff behaviour was very poor, seriously how OYO ties up with these hotels is beyond me.I will never ever book this...

The WORST hotel you can get in this area. Here's why: The rooms being let out are still under construction!! Missing Railings in the balcony Bathrooms have missing window frames!! The providers are lying online!! They mentioned the room had AC and TV, but upon check-in, we got a room without AC/TV, The washrooms didn't even have geyser !! They don't honor their bookings. Even after having a confirmed online booking, they dent check-in if you don't...
