Hotel Royals — Hotel in Jharkhand

First of all, I am convinced that a lot of the reviews on Google are either paid or written by friends. The hotel has no fitness center or breakfast available so that is just wrong information written by people who have never been here…

Anyways you get what you paid for. When I entered my room the toilet was filled with grime and muddy footsteps. The sheets were also stained before I had slept on them. The service tends to be slow and inattentive. The boys are nice enough and mean well but they will take a food order and not tell you that said food is not available. You will only find out only after waiting an hour and checking up that the food wasn’t ordered at all… and it is a noisy hotel. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by loud chatter, which seemed to be from the staff…

Anyways the room is of decent standard and there is TV and aircon at least. The hotel is far from the main parts of the city… you basically stay here because you want to pay less, but please do consider other options if you can...

We booked this hotel via oyo but was denied checkin due to low prices. We booked for 550 for one room one night. So we paid double and were charged 1000 per room per night. When we reached the room I requested them to change the bedsheets but they denied saying this one is new only, it's only after a day we found out that the bedsheets was having blood stain in it. Also they denied changing the bedsheets stating that they don't have laundary yet. Then after requesting they finally changed the bedsheets. Food was not great I personally found them costly. And Naan and Tandoori was really bad. Also one time geyser was not working because they do not have electricity, requested them to bring hot water since we were in a hurry. Also take care about the price they charge for food. There were some discrepancies in our bill which we sorted afterward. WIFI WAS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOMS. If you want to use wifi go to reception and there also speed was very slow. Personally I won't...

I have not stayed here, but been there to book a room for a friend. The boy in the reception was asking for more than double the price listed in online booking websites and giving nonsense excuses as wedding seasons. It's a mystery how online booking and offline booking prices are different.😀

Receptionist was full of attitude, calling himself as the owner of the hotel, stating his name as Nikhil.

I doubt most of the reviews here are fake paid...
