Hotel Shanti international — Hotel in Jharkhand

I STAYED WITH MY FAMILY TOTAL 11 PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN.

NICE HOTEL WITH A GOOD MANAGER ALWAYS READY FOR YOUR SERVICE. ALL THE QUALITIES OF A GOOD LEADER THANK YOU GM SIR. NEXT COMING TO HOTEL GOOD ROOMS , SPACIOUS ROOMS , EVERY PROBLEM SORTED OUT IN NO TIME (ACTUALLLY NOT ANY BIG ISSUE) THE ROOMS WERE READY BEFORE WE ARRIVED. I GOT SOME EXTRA LIBERTY HERE ( will not mention as it will be beyond ethics ,it also depends on how you behave with person in front of you ) NO FALSE PROMISES . EVEN THE PHOTOS WHAT YOU ARE SEEING ON GOOGLE THE ROOMS ARE A REPLICA OF IT ( just one thing i did not found the logo on the bed made by towel was excited to see as how it looks in real anyways in my next visit willl ask for this ) . ONLY THING WHICH MADE ME A BIT WORRY WAS LOCATION ( may be because i got down at deoghar station ( got down for first time) , i feel it will be better if we get down at jasidih where i always get down ) and sir a sign board should be there at the turning of HARIOM JEWELLERS and a glow sign board at the top of hotel so that one can see it from far .

REST EVERYTHING IS FINE ABOUT HOTEL , SPACIOUS ROOMS , GOOD CLEAN WASHROOM AND ROOM , GOOD HOSPITALITY CLEAN LINEN , ABOVE ALL GOOD STAFF AND GOOD LEADER. GO STAY...

I recently had the opportunity to experience the hospitality at Hotel Shanti International Inn, and while my father had some initial reservations about the hotel's exterior, his stay turned out to be quite comfortable.

The outside area didn't quite live up to expectations, and he was concerned that the rooms might not match up. However, once he checked in, he was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms and washrooms were well-maintained and comfortable.

What truly saved the experience was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and courteous, addressing his concerns with empathy and professionalism. Despite the initial misgivings about the hotel's appearance, the staff's dedication to providing a comfortable stay shone through.

I'd recommend Hotel Shanti international inn for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations, but perhaps some attention to the hotel's exterior would enhance the overall experience.

Unbelievably excellent service by alok,sarita and above all Mr chatterjee and his entire team right from housekeeping to room service, to the gate keeper are extremely polite,attentive to all guest needs and requirements,They are agile,responsible and friendly. Every small details and needs were taken care with extreme honour and catered well

Well maintained spacious rooms and apt service is the USP of the place

Wasn't expecting so much but this place and the service supremely surpassed the good hospitality graph.
