Absolutely Pathetic Experience – Stay Away!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing, I feel compelled to warn others. The service here is nothing short of pathetic. The staff are extremely unprofessional and arrogant, especially the person at the reception desk – incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for his name, he bluntly refused and said he's “not liable.” Shockingly, none of the staff members wore name plates, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s lack of accountability.
Trying to reach the reception is a nightmare. I called nearly 50 times in the morning and not a single call was answered. Absolutely unacceptable.
As for the breakfast buffet – what a joke. It was ridiculously overpriced for the meager and low-quality options they had: puri sabji, idli, a sad excuse for a sandwich, and boiled eggs. That’s it. No one was even there to attend or help during breakfast hours.
There are plenty of better hotels in Daltonganj. I strongly advise against staying here. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...

The servers at the breakfast table lacked basic etiquette—they didn’t even know how to interact with guests, let alone serve properly. The receptionist seemed completely disengaged, lacking even the most basic hospitality skills.
If you’re booking a regular room, be aware that it doesn’t come with a queen or king-size bed—you’ll get two separate single beds, even if you’re staying alone. To get a queen/king-size bed, you must book a super deluxe room.
