Hotel Shree Palace — Hotel in Jharkhand

The manager was so rude.. My friend have booked a room via mobile by paying 399 . But when he reaches there the manager ask 1150 more money to book a room. He says that you pay that money online but it's not the actual amount and when my frnd tell that he didn't have enough money and asks his money back manager tells I didn't get your money you paid it online so go and get it from your phone. I don't know how to. The behaviour of the manager was also so rude and he is a slow person waste a lot of time of my friend. My frind check in there at night 10 and asks tha manger to just let him stay at check in hall till morning on behalf of money he pays online. But the manager didn't let him rest there for at least 10 minutes. He suffers a lot due to the online scam or so called hotels rule or...

Had a pathetic experience, I booked this hotel from Oyo via booki ID HACS2191. But I was not allowed to check in, he said I have to pay extra ( the card discount which I got in offer ) even they told me that I have room of 999 you booked this on 637 Oyo will charge 40% commission on this I will receive only 382 you have to pay me 382 (617+382 = 999 ). As I looked in owner’s Oyo app in his Tab I found that there it is written customer paid 637 ( owners share is 617 ). How much oyo is charging it is really a mystery… Very bad experience I had with Check in, otherwise room was okay… Main issue is with Oyo and hotel managers, they must work on this… inke chakkar me customer ko pareshan hona padta hai.. aur wahan jaane k baad dusra hotel dhundhne ka man v nahi karta…. Waise v location pura...

Let's be very frank. Hotel is new condition. Every things great market is nearby; transportation to all across jamshedpur is easily available. Only cons and perhaps the worst is the immature and highly un professional staff they have. They no nothing about hospitality. How to invite a guest how to serve food. Worst of all they even take your phone and put up 5 star on Oyo prior checking. So all out there if you are hardly bothered about service and just want a peaceful stay this is your place but if you are looking for a decent hotel...
