Experience at Luxus was truly amazing. It has all the amenities and vibes which matches an international stay. Hospitality was top notch. Rooms were super clean and organized. Restaurant's ambience and staffs are truly amicable (Mr Suresh singh) has been truly prompt with our orders and also offered snacks and drinks on top of our order. The lobby and restaurant area are worth clicking some selfies and get that staycation post for your social media posts.

Terrible customer service. A few examples - I had to call them 6 times to get housekeeping done in my room No WiFi connectivity in the 3rd floor rooms. We called them a few times and they still didn't fix it. My sister had to work on a couple of days and she had to hotspot it. Breakfast -in my 4 days stay, 3 days we had to order from a la carte menu as they decided to not arrange a buffet. There was only one server who took ages to take an order or...
