We had a wonderful stay at Mastiff Select Medha Plaza, Deoghar, and it truly deserves to be called the best hotel in Deoghar. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thanks to the amazing staff and top-notch hospitality.

The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was another highlight – it was prepared with less spice, which suited our preference, but the kitchen staff were very flexible and happy to customize dishes as per our request.

Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of dishes despite the hotel not being overly crowded. Options included poha, idli, cut fruits, aloo paratha, poori bhaji, and even dosa on request. A special mention goes to Mr. Abhimanyu at the restaurant, who ensured that the service was of the highest quality and every meal was a pleasure.

The security guard deserves appreciation for going out of his way to help us arrange autos, making our local travel hassle-free. The hotel's location is also a major advantage – just 10 minutes from the airport, making it highly convenient for travelers.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel and booked three rooms, one premium and two deluxe. All rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and they provided all necessary amenities. The restaurant was also great, with delicious food, though the rice preparation could be improved. What stood out most was the outstanding service from the staff, who were all incredibly polite and helpful. In particular, Prayas, who assisted us during our booking process, was always ready to help with a smile whenever we needed anything. His politeness and willingness to assist made our stay even more pleasant, and we truly appreciated his efforts.
