Went yesterday with family to the restaurant in the ground floor. Jampot. It was full but no rush, got a table for 5, 4 adults and 1 kid. Will highlight the issues I had to face. No cutlery with napkins kept on our table, even after asking they just got 2, we are 5 of us. Ordered soup sweet corn and Asian greens, Asian green came first 1/2, however the waiter when asked which is this he said sweetcorn. So 2 of us who suppose to have sweetcorn started having and realised their is no corn. When asked again other waiter said it’s Asian green soup. Full confusion as both soup looked similar… asked to cancel sweetcorn then and give Asian greens,, took almost 30 min to get the other soup. When asked for a an extra bowl, the waiter serving brings the empty bowl with his fingers inside the bowl (exactly like a road side dhaba waiters wud bring). Ordered a veg Risotto for my 6 year old kid which came early and we started feeding our son. In the middle almost finishing half, he wanted to take a break and went to the loo and take some pics in the lobby with him. When we can back his dish with half eaten risotto on the plate was taken away, without even asking. The most HORRIFIC INCIDENT, while eating my kid found something hard in the left over risotto in the serving plate. When he took it out it was a piece of GLASS. We immediately called the waiters and the managers abd told them. They are like sorry sorry etc. After all this we wanted to just finish the food and get out from their and hoping they will compensate in the bill with all the horrible experiences we faced since we came. The bill came and they just didn’t add the risotto in it. I was like do you realize u served glass piece in ur food along with all the other issues we have been telling u about and that too ur suppose to be a 3 star hotel. How do u compensate on that. He went back n gave a 500 ra discount.
We were so fed up of the services and promised never to come to this restaurant to eat.
To the management of Ramada Jamshedpur , please train your staff how to serve, how to take care of guests .. they all looked very unprofessional. Worst experience ever, I would advise not to go to this hotel during occasions and when it’s crowded. They will...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Ramada Hotel and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of security and service provided. My stay was marred by a terrifying incident that left me feeling unsafe and uneasy.
During our stay, my companions and I encountered a distressing situation where an individual who was not a guest at the hotel followed us on the corridor. It was evident that he had accessed the elevators, which was both alarming and perplexing. When we confronted him, he became argumentative, escalating the already tense situation.
In response to this incident, we immediately contacted the hotel's security team, expecting swift action and reassurance. However, to our dismay, the security staff was reluctant to acknowledge that there was a breach in their security measures. They seemed adamant in denying any responsibility and did not take any meaningful action to address the situation. Their lack of urgency and failure to apologize only added to our frustration.
The fact that the hotel's security system allowed unauthorized individuals to roam freely in the premises is simply unacceptable. It left us questioning the safety of not only ourselves but also other guests who may have encountered similar issues. A lack of a sincere apology or a genuine effort to rectify the situation further highlighted the hotel's disregard for guest safety and their duty of care.
As a guest, I expected a certain level of security and professionalism from Ramada Hotel, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I cannot stress enough how unsettling and irritating it was to deal with such negligence and apathy.
Based on this experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Ramada Hotel to others until they address these glaring security concerns and improve their...
