Horrible experience at this resort. We friends gone for a holiday on Christmas and what we faced is beyond incorrigible. The rooms are too small but they posted the photos on social media and Google as if they are big. Rooms are not clean, bedsheets are dirty. When we asked them to change the dirty and full of stains bedsheet, they argued like anything. Check in time was 9-00am but we got our room at 11-00. Bathrooms were too small even for one person, bathroom drains had no covers, no wash basin, but just one bucket and a broken mug, that's it. Cupboard is bigger in ratio of the room but it doesn't have a lock so we cannot keep anything securely in there. Switch boards were not working properly. They advertised for live barbecue, they even have barbecue grills and stands for showcasing. When we booked for barbeque they charged 600/- per kg of barbecue but handed us cold kababs instead of barbeque. They asked us to believe that 8 small pieces weighed 1kg, which is hilarious. We ordered 2kgs of the same, but they brought us 16 pieces of cold kababs, when we refused to take 1 plate and confronted them, they threatened us and didn't provide any chicken dishes for dinner, however we got our ordered food at 10-30pm which we had ordered 2 hours ago. They shamelessly told us they will not prepare or take any food orders from us as we refused to take the chicken kebab plate. They served us with cold rotis and tarka daal at the end. This experience is the most horrible one. All the plates, glass, cups, spoons are not cleaned at all. They have served us tea in the cups which are being used earlier and the tea stains are still on the cups, how they are so irresponsible about guests I don't know. We have to set the tables and chairs in the lawn by ourselves, they haven't provided a single person to do so. The pet rooster cried all night and we cannot sleep. The lady and man at the reception are the worst people I saw behind the reception counter in all my life. They don't have any communication at all. They try to loot every customer every now and then, they don't have any courtesy towards their customers. They don't talk properly. We have done all the payments in advance to the phone number of the man at the reception, but the lady made all the final bills not showing any payments from us. The final remaining bill amount they made of staggering 3000/- where the actual final remaining bill is of mere 340/-. That is the way they are looting people.
The resort looks decent from outside, but the inside tells another story. Room tarrifs are too high as of the quality of the stay and food prices are also too high as per the food quality and cleanliness.

Read moreOverall, very disappointed. The staff only know how to refuse guest's requests after getting the payment. It is a small resort but the staff think that they are kings of the world. We had gone for a family trip. Paid 4k per room per night. Rooms did not have dental kit or tea setup. We requested for these, they said we do not provide. Upon asking again, the receptionist went so far as to say that he had worked on top notch properties and nowhere is a dental kit provided and that we might be new to the concept of a resort. We had asked for tea at the evening around 8pm. They said we cannot provide. The complimentary breakfast in the morning only had puri and sabji as the only option(on saturday). That too was not unlimited but only 6 pcs per head. I had asked them to change the bed sheet after staying the first night and clean the room, to which the receptionist had said "no, we change bed sheets only once in 2 days!" Looks like they let one guest sleep on another guest's used bed sheet, if someone just stays for a night. When complained about all these to the owner, he sided with the staff and asked us to adjust. We paid 4k per room per night and he asked US to ADJUST!! The pool is not even free, which is ridiculous! Have attached the pricing policy of the pool, which is pasted on the wall beside the pool to prevent anyone from enjoying their time without thinking of how much more needs to be paid for the pool! The resort only has few rooms and a pool. No other ameneties. Very bad experience overall. Read moreTucked away on a stunning coastal stretch, Resort Atmosphere is a sanctuary of luxury and calm. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s genuine warmth made us feel at home. Check-in was smooth, with a refreshing welcome drink and a brief tour of the lush, expansive grounds.
Our ocean-view suite was spectacular, boasting sleek modern design, a cozy king bed, and a private balcony with sweeping views of the sparkling sea. The room was spotless, with thoughtful extras like fresh fruit and a stocked minibar. The resort’s attention to detail was evident throughout.
The facilities were exceptional. The infinity pool, framed by tropical greenery, was a perfect spot to relax. The spa’s rejuvenating treatments—my aromatherapy massage was divine—left me refreshed. The resort’s dining options were a delight, offering everything from fresh-caught seafood to vibrant Asian fusion, all expertly prepared. The beachfront bar’s creative cocktails were a nightly highlight.
There was no shortage of activities, from kayaking and paddleboarding to guided jungle treks and morning yoga sessions. The staff’s dedication shone through, especially when they arranged a private stargazing evening that was magical. Families will love the engaging kids’ club, which kept children entertained.
The only slight hiccup was occasional Wi-Fi slowness in quieter corners of the property, but it was a minor issue. Resort Atmosphere is a dream destination for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure. We’re already looking forward to...
