Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

If you value your peace, safety, and sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE! This so-called "homestay" is nothing but a nightmare. The owner is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks any basic manners or etiquette. Instead of hospitality, you get hostility.

The conditions were horrible—probably worse than a rundown lodge. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. Basic facilities? A joke. The owner seems to think he’s doing guests a favor by letting them stay, while in reality, he should be banned from running any kind of accommodation.

We had a dispute over basic services, and instead of resolving it maturely, the owner acted in the most arrogant and disrespectful way possible. Zero accountability, zero responsibility, and a 100% horrible attitude.

Save yourself the stress and money. There are far better places in Ranchi—just stay anywhere...

Absolutely best place to Stay . A.C rooms + Dormitory both are available. Dormitory is outstanding , super clean , airy and with washroom in such a cheap price , 200-250/ day . Away from Noise . Serene . Clean . Owner is So polite . Staff are 2 little boys and they are so lively and polite . It is 8-9km away from Ranchi Station , area is DEEPATOLI . You'll get an auto for 50/- direct from station to this hotel . It's in front of Global synergy hospital , you can use it as a landmark .

Also , a very good restaurant , totally veg is also just 10 metres ahead of this hotel is there , 80/- thaali . That restaurant owner uncle is also soo good , soo humble . Great hospitality , tasty food too .

I also found the room price to be very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the experience provided. It's great to know that you offer a variety of room types, including AC, non-AC, single, double, triple, and four-seater options, catering to different needs. I would definitely recommend Shivashray Home Stay to others and look forward to returning for a future visit.
