MPT Tourist Motel Biaora — Hotel in Kachnaria

It was just ok because there is no improvement anywhere at all:

Rooms are in bad shape, Stinking bedsheets, blankets and towels.Old hand towels are used as foot mats are few examples proving its shape.

*If you touch the AC, its cover falls down which is impossible to refit. It is full of dust inside as if it has never been serviced.

*Water taps in the Washroom don't work properly. There is no clear-cut marking for Hot & Cold Water. One has to use his wisdom to get hot water from the shower.

*My booking was with Free Breakfast but I was told that I won't get breakfast before 08:30/9:00 am because the Cook doesn't come before that. No traveller can wait for so long. One has to leave early for his next destination, latest by 6am. Anyways, on my insistence, I was provided with a cup of tea and burnt bread and butter. So please don't pay for breakfast if you have to check out before 9am otherwise you may not get anything for breakfast.

*Staff members make this Motel "okay" otherwise it is poor considering all aspects of comfort. Persons like Mr Pappu, ever-smiling, hard-working, respectful, talkative, is always there to give you solutions to any problem till he is present.

*Reaching this Motel is a difficult task. The Manager is requested to get its location updated on Google.

*Food is good but prices are high...

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff - Mr. Abhishek Sharma at the reception and servers were very polite and courteous. There was never an issue in any kind of service even at odd hours be it delivery of food or housekeeping services. The best experience was with the food - it was fresh, tasty and staff readily agreed to anything made to order. Fresh linen was offered daily and extra towels / hand towels were also promptly provided. |The room initially provided required renovation but after an electrical issue with the AC, the room was promptly changed and the new room was good. I was told that all the rooms are undergoing renovation in a phased manner and I was offered a newly renovated room, but I felt so relaxed in my room that I declined to change to a new room. There is an external laundry service also available at very reasonable rates. I would recommend that it is a very nice place to stay and inspite of being a state government property. It is better than costly...

Driving from Mumbai to Delhi, I needed a night halt. This place is about 55:45 split, leaving you about 10 hours of drive to Delhi. Of course, all this was before the new expressway came into existence. Show the best part about this hotel is its location. It is right on the main Highway at prominent junction. Rooms are basic and we paid about 2000 rupees for triple occupancy. But the staff was helpful. There is ample parking space for 12 to 15 cars

Important note for navigation : Google shows entry from a side street that doesn't exist. If you're coming from Indore side, you need to go the roundabout, take a right under the flyover , then take a u turn. The gate will be on...
