Varay Express — Hotel in Kamer

Absolutely horrible stay. Earlier also I stayed here,but this time Hotel name changed with new ownership. The room was in pathetic condition and the maintenance was non-existent. There was a broken chair, an extra mattress dumped in the room which they denied removing even after requests. No Wi-Fi was available, TV was not receiving signal due to bad weather. The washroom door lock was broken, and all the taps had extremely low water pressure. To make matters worse, I found a used condom pack inside the cupboard and even spotted a leech in the room. The staff was unhelpful and completely indifferent to complaints. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had – unhygienic, unsafe, and absolutely not worth the money. Strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Even at reception, it was admitted by the staff that so many complaints received by them today itself in morning. Decent hotel in outskirts of Ujjain where you can relax still visiting religious places for a short stay. It looks like smal resort property. Garden facing Cottages & Rooms gives beautiful glimpse. Food Taste and quality is good. Kids playing area also available at lawn side. Ample parking space. Must visit this place.......
