FabHotel Prime Mansa — Hotel in Kanpur

I recently stayed at this hotel for six days, drawn by its convenient location and seemingly new facilities. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service, particularly from the hotel manager, who was very rude. He expressed displeasure over my online booking and, despite room availability, initially refused to check me in. It was only after contacting the hotel owner and FabHotel customer care that I was given a room, which was unfortunately very dirty.

Throughout my stay, room cleaning was virtually non-existent, occurring only once after repeated requests. My booking included breakfast, and despite ordering Jain food, I was only served tea and bread. Additionally, although my booking promised two mineral water bottles daily, I received just one each day.

While the room itself appeared new, it was not clean at all. There was a water leak in my bathroom which I reported on the first day, but it was never addressed.

I am very disappointed with the hotel cleaning staff and the manager. However, I do appreciate the efforts of FabHotel customer care for their assistance in facilitating my check-in.
