Hotel Satyam — Hotel in Kanpur

Room alloted was not clean and found dust on floor. Need to ask for small things like toilet soap bath towel etc. Room no 208 is having bubbles on walls and very bad condition. Taps are leaking, AC not cooling, no remote control for AC bathroom accessories like tab shower are pathetic and continuous water drainage sound , flush not working, need to clean manually by putting water from bucket, only one mug available for bath as well as toilet (I don't know why most of the hotel's can't provide two mugs) overall room condition is very bad room no 208. I will write in more detail later and provide photos as well. Next day we booked deluxe room. This room rent is 700 rupees more (2500 INR) , but the rooms are almost identical expect one free water bottle. Both room size is little bigger but who wants? Bigger size. Again we need to ask for towel and soap 2-3 times . I don't understand the calculation of 1 towel for 3 persons as they charge for extra person but not providing extra facilities like towel etc. When I tried to book online all the AC rooms were found booked for this particular period and even deluxe room was also showing full for this particular period due to IIT Kanpur rush but actually it looks i guess they are blocking these rooms in internet so that we have no choice of other than deluxe room for which we spare additional 700 rupees. So hotel will be in profit for almost same type of room and only water bottle is extra cost for hotel . If you are coming to IIT Kanpur then only this hotel is ok as it's only one km away from IIT gate so you can make more rounds to IIT else better go for other hotels 7-8 Kms far even no problems. -Only veg food available. no lifts no hot water available but they write hot water available . counter people will not bother to answer your questions -waiters are polite Managers are not answering your...

Vwry worst experiance , i have never seen such kind of hotel and its owner and staff . U cant imagine how they are. Once u will reach to hotel they will assist u likw u r so mich special for those people but once u paid all the amount of room then their nautanki start they will not listen to you and they wilk avoid u and u will continuiosly call then for service but they sont picked your call and if u shout on then hotel's owner will tell u that they will get out u from hotel at midnight . They commit you for better service at the time of booking but after paymwnt they behave vwry roudly . My sujjestionis that pls never go to this hotel at any cost dont feel its in budget ,, go to another which is some costaly but u will have better better service . Very worst part of this hotel after 10 pm no any staff will be there if any mishappen to you then u will only the person who will...

Today I went here for one of my office meeting with a laptop, I was working when one of the waiter asked me to order. As I was tired I asked them for tea they said it's not available, then I asked them to replace it with hot coffee, again they said it won't be served in noon. Bt cold coffee is available.

So then I asked them to serve a veg sandwich, then that waiter shouted that no you have to order big, coz u are using laptop and you are not paying for electricity bills. It was really not a good tone then I cancelled the order and as I was leaving, he started mumble. And the rest of staff was not even reacting on this scenario. Now I will not suggest you this place if you want to do some office work....
