TL;DR: The banquet hall is nice, but there are serious issues with property management. Do not book the rooms. We booked this property for a wedding, reserving over 30 rooms. The primary reason for our choice was the availability of a hall in May and ample accommodation. While the banquet hall is decent, I’d strongly urge you to consider the following points before booking this place for any special occasion: Unclean Rooms: When we arrived at 12:30 PM (despite the agreed check-in time being 10:00 AM), the rooms were not ready. Many of them were visibly dirty — not just minor and understandable issues like scribbles on the wall, but dirt and dust on the floor indicating they hadn’t even been mopped. Smoking Residue: At least two rooms had cigarette ash on tables and floors — clearly, the rooms weren’t cleaned at all before our arrival. Malfunctioning ACs: Air conditioning was not working well in multiple rooms, and there was no remote to set the temperature, which is unacceptable in peak summer. Dirty Bathrooms: Multiple bathrooms were dirty. Despite repeated calls, many weren’t cleaned after much follow-up. Misleading Occupancy: They advertise 2+1 occupancy with a sofa-cum-bed as the third bed. However, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable to use. While guest misuse is understandable, the hotel should at least provide clean bedding or sheets to make the sofa usable. In reality, the third bed is only good in pictures. Broken Flushes: In one room on 3rd floor, the flush didn’t work. I do not understand how this can be missed as when they will clean washroom once a prior guest checks out, flush has to be used. Either they don’t really clean washroom (which I do suspect after seeing condition of so many rooms) - which raises a serious concern, or they just don’t care.
Despite raising these issues repeatedly through the intercom and in person, most problems remained unresolved — even by the time our event started at 6 PM. Additionally, we had booked the entire first floor and eight rooms on the second floor. At the last minute, the staff moved our second-floor rooms to the third floor, claiming it was a mistake but that these were “premium rooms.” Shockingly, they even asked us to pay extra for their own mistake. Why should we bear the cost of their mismanagement? Now about those so-called “premium rooms”: the third floor was under construction. The moment you step out of the elevator, you’re greeted with ongoing construction work directly above the banquet halls. The corridor leading to the rooms was filled with cement dust, ladders, and workers fixing lights. Clearly, this area is not guest-ready. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. No one wants to welcome guests into dirty, chaotic accommodations — especially at ₹5,000 per room. For that price, better options like Landmark are available online. When questioned, we were told there are internal issues between the management and ownership. But honestly, nothing excuses the failure to deliver even basic cleanliness and hospitality. I hosted my wedding here, and it was a big mistake. The rooms were not cleaned or ready, and the air conditioners did not work — not in the rooms, and not even during the party halls.
The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Some rooms that we had already booked were given to others. When we complained, no one helped us. In fact, the owners shouted at us and even threatened to stop the event.
The place may look nice from the outside, but don't be fooled. The service is terrible and you won’t be able to enjoy your function.
They make fake promises before booking, but once you pay, they don’t care. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to my enemies.
