Super Collection O Hotel Stargaze — Hotel in Kanpur

I recently stayed at hotel had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to standard.

First, the check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. The front desk staff were unprofessional and rude, showing little interest in assisting guests. It took over 30 minutes just to get checked in, and there was no apology for the delay.

The room itself was in poor condition. The furniture was outdated and damaged, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower and a musty smell throughout the room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot.

The hotel staff were generally unhelpful and indifferent to the issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent and did not replenish basic amenities like towels and toiletries.

Additionally, the advertised amenities were either unavailable or not as described.

Overall, my stay at stargaze was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unprofessional staff made for an unpleasant and frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never...
