I came to know this place through my colleague. I contacted the owner through phone and he told that actual rate is ₹2500 but he offered me @ 2000.we are 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids (2 kids age 11,2 kids age 6 and one kid age 8). We reached property around 5 pm, he offered coffe and snacks. Around 6 we went to Sringeri and returned at 9.30 PM. That time it was very crowed and people were drinking alcohol. It was very disturbing for us.Food was not ready at that time. Again we waited more then 25 min to get the food(around 10pm). The rooms was very cramped, we barely had space to move. Inside the room there was only a double coat bed for the four of us. The quality of the bed and the bedsheets were pathetic. There was no AC and the curtains were transparent. The bathroom was dirty and very small. The water was green colour ,they may be directly pumping the water from the nearby river without any filtration. The owner was continuously ringing the bell at midnight and why you may ask because they wanted bedsheet which were inside the room and after that my sleep was ruined and I couldn't sleep. With all of this they charged me Rs 13000/ just for this horrible experience. When I asked about this he told that it's not for room it's Rs 2000 per person and they charged ₹1000 for small kids also😧🥱😐 The owner was over friendly and focusing only how to loot the money from public. I think all the positive review here posted here may be paid review There is no activities (only badminton they provide). If you spend the entire day also it's not worth If u have money, better to book...

Had quite a disappointing stay at this resort. We expected a better experience after seeing the good review about this resort but it didn't meet the expectations after staying for 1 day. There are not many things to spend at resorts. There is one natural river nearby to enjoy for sometime, staffs guided well to there. Apart from that there is a cricket, shuttle kept for timepass. The room is very compact and they are giving a small bedroom as one unit for the booking which doesn't have a hall, no tv etc. Fans are also not in good condition and making noises during sleep. There is a small water area for kids, but it is dangerous to use for kids as the edges around that are very sharp. Stay safe if you are using this. Premises around the resort are not clean and beer bottles are thrown around. They allow people to consume drinks in open places near the entrance which is annoying to families. Coming to the food, breakfast is good but dinner is not worth the extra amount they were charging for food. Only two varieties, ghee rice and white rice with chicken gravy and fish fry, no chicken starter or other options. The staff's behaviour is good and they were helpful. But has to be more professional. Overall it is an ok experience in the resort and needs a lot of...

Giving 1 star because this is the bare minimum we can give. Worst property I have visited till date. Room has only beds, no AC,no TV. Even mattress was not comfortable. On top of that you can't keep windows open otherwise you will have to sleep with all kind of wild insects. Which means either you sleep with insects or you sleep in humid room without AC. Water was not clean, it was coming from river directly without being filtered. And if you are thinking that we will stay here so that we get to bath in the river, then please don't fall on this trap. River is not in the condition to bath. It is dirty. Caretaker was pathetic. We stayed for 2 nights but neither room was cleaned nor the common corridor, which became full of dead insects every morning. He served us tea in kettle which was full of white worms (illi). We had to ask for water glass, bowl, spoon multiple times while having breakfast or dinner. All the reviews mentioned here are either fake or being done forcefully. Owner was forcing us to give Google review in front of him. He even took mobile from us and himself gave 5 stars. We somehow managed not to submit that. Owner is full of money minded, he charged 1200 for veg dinner.

Pathetic place and worst Host. The host is very money minded and charges exhorbitant amount to any food you order ( we paid 1200/- for veg meal of 3 adults) . On top of that the caretaker was drunk when he recieved us and was zoned out to any concerns which we had. Morning tea kettle was infested with white worms and we saw that after drinking tea from it.. did'nt know what to say or how to deal with this situation, since the host was just smiling and saying sorry ( you can see the photos and worms in kettle) . Owner was overfriendly and later we came to know that since the property and hospitatily was an issue he wanted the guests to put good review regardless of the shortcomings. Also he was forcing us to put positive reviews in google. Overall not worth staying. Thumbs down
