Bhavani Villa — Hotel in Karnataka

Very bad experience, no proper sitting arrangement inside villa. Swimming pool was very dirty with green patches, we were informed that it will be cleaned but sad to say nothing was done. If you are booking this villa just because of swimming pool then my suggestion please check other resorts or villas in other areas. In resorts you will have managers or someone available to take responsibility but in this villa you don’t get proper support from the owner. Owner is least bothered and only worried about money to be deposited to his/her account. Full night we didn’t had power supply, we had to sleep with mosquitos and sweat.No proper UPS arrangement. No good privacy as few people(attenders) would always be checking what are you doing. Plates, glass in kitchen was in uncleand condition. Towels were also very old and rough. You r not allowed to stay as per your wish inside villa. You are not allowed to use towels,bed sheets as per your wish. Road to villa is in very bad condition, you have to do off-roading, so be careful. You will have someone to help you but if you ask that person to arrange something related to food, plates etc, he will vanish and come next day to show his face. No WiFi option in the villa, that’s a common need when we are outside with friends or family. Suggestion to owner: 1.Tell your attender not to disturb the guest. He can share the number and if required we will call him. 2.Call guest and check what is wrong and how that can be corrected. Tranquil Escape with Excellent Amenities and Hospitality

We recently stayed at this villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled in a serene and peaceful area, the villa offers a sense of calmness that's hard to find elsewhere.

The property itself is beautifully maintained. The swimming pool and resting area are ideal for relaxation, while the spacious living area and pristine rooms make it feel like a home away from home. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and there's a refrigerator along with many other thoughtful amenities. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the villa was immaculate throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Badal, the caretaker, whose hospitality was outstanding. Not only did he ensure everything was perfect, but he also prepared us some delicious homemade dishes. The chicken kababs, onion pakodas, and paneer manchurian he made were simply amazing and added a personal touch to our stay.

One unique feature is the picturesque Jowar farm just outside the property, which adds a special charm to the whole experience. The villa is located within a gated community, making it extremely safe and private. We felt completely secure knowing that no one could enter the property without permission.

The only positive thing I have to say about this property is that it looks good from the outside. They charged us 17k for one night and told that only a maximum of 12 guests could be accommodated. The property had enough number of rooms to accommodate more than 12 guests but few of the rooms were locked and not accessible. We were not given access to the kitchen even though we had requested for the same beforehand. The swimming pool was in a bad condition upon our arrival and we requested for it to be cleaned. There are better and cheaper options in Bangalore like farmhouses, were the caretakers would only arrange for barbecue grill whereas in Bhavani Villa there was no such facility and we had to carry our own barbecue grill and do everything ourselves. The caretaker didn't do much and did not provide us with the amenities that are usually made available for the guests at most of the holiday homes. And we were overcharged for the gas stove usage before we vacated the property. Bad experience overall.
