Boho Orchards Villa — Hotel in Karnataka

Our stay at Boho Orchards Villa was, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences we’ve had among all the staycation rentals around Bengaluru. While the villa seems to have potential based on its size and layout, the overall condition and experience left a lot to be desired. The location is very remote, which we expected, and so regardless of the route you choose, you have to drive through a long stretch of unpaved roads that are in terrible condition. The bed linens were unwashed and smelled so bad and even had lizard excreta on one of the beds. The area has frequent power outages and their power back up was malfunctioning the whole time. There was no power/backup when we checked in. And this saga continued until it went pitch dark where we were in darkness for whole 2 hours with our two kids. All they had was a stub of a candle that went off in 30minutes. No emergency lights, no candles! Dinner was expected at 8pm but since they had no power, nothing was prepared until 8pm. We stayed for 4.5hours and fled the place with hungry kids after insects bit my son in the dark. Back up resumed at 830pm but there was no assurance offered by the owner that it wouldn’t act up again. After much back and forth for days altogether, only a partial refund (90%) was issued to us. We were thoroughly disappointed with the state of the property and the lack of care shown by the management.

Amazing and huge farm house just 1.5 hours from the city . Boho theme decors are very pleasing /well curated and I feel pictures don’t do justice . Food is best here .Ranjan the chef would be the crowd puller for sure . He takes order perfectly and prepares every food item with much care and tastily. Amit & team of helpers are sweet and very helpful and attend to your needs quickly . Waterfall near the pool is a blissful natural music and soothing to the soul . The lawn is well maintained and my hearts content to see my pets run all over . Pets really enjoyed the open space and walking on the path amidst farms ( Amit helped us walk safely through the property) . Best place for pets ♥️.
