It's an amazing and wonderful experience in our life. We both Sr.citizens visited Karwar and stayed in this exceptional Homestay with a awesome scenic beauty of Arabian sea with many islands. The Homestay is located is just on the Baval sea Beach and atmosphere is very calm and quite. Cottages are surrounding with full greenary, flowers and garden. Dining balcony is one of the most attraction of each and every tourist for breathtaking view of Arabian sea. Island tour in boat are conducted in winter season. I can say Baval beach and Majuli beach are better than Goa beaches. But there is lack of tourism development. Restaurants, Bar,Beer shop even Tea- Coffee stalls facility are not available here. It's a totally virgin beach. Foods in the Homestay are extremely cheap,tasty and superb. Care taker Mr.Pradip is a fine Gentlemen with good manner and behaviour and fulfilled all our requirements. We are extremely pleased upon the owner of the Homestay and would like to come back in future...

Good room with sea side resorts. You can hear the sea wave sound from your room itself. Calm and peaceful place for stay. Food option are not that soooo accessible. If you want sea side resorts then it is for you. As said above be aware of food. Even though there is a restaurant inside the resort, choices are minimal. If you are looking for variety of fish than tou have to compromise. Otherwise great stay near beach in affordable cost.

Worst experience ever Location is really good, but absolutely zero maintenance. Dining hall was in pathetic condition; used empty plastic bottles, cigrette buds and used match sticks were thrown all over the dining hall. Kitchen was not at all kept clean, utensils weren't cleaned. Rooms looks too dirty and wasn't cleaned. Most untidy bedsheets and bedspreads, Not at all suitable...
