I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during my daughter’s birthday celebration at your resort on (16th Nov). As a parent, I had high expectations for this special occasion, but unfortunately, several issues detracted from the experience.

Food Shortage: There was a significant shortage of food during the event, which was not only inconvenient but also left our guests uncomfortable. This was especially frustrating and left our guests disappointed. We have also received feedback from family & friends that food was not served well , as we had provided the resort with the expected number of attendees well in advance. The food was ordered for 150 members and we had hardly 100 guests. When asked they were blunt in saying its calculated per plate , so you mean you will cook as per plate. How will you know how much quantity one will eat, is it same for kids , elders and adults?

Lack of Coordination: The coordination on the day of the event was severely lacking. There seemed to be no clear communication between the staff, which resulted in delays and confusion. Simple requests were either ignored or not addressed promptly, which added unnecessary stress to an already important day.

Unprofessional Manager: I was particularly disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by the manager (Jeboy). Not only was there no apology or attempt to resolve the issues during the event, but when I tried to raise my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness rather than a willingness to make things right. He was very rude and arrogant. Initially when we called to book the venue the employee ( Mr.Vijay) told the venue charges are Rs,40,0000 in case we chose to order food inhouse and Rs,60,000/- in case we order it from outside caterers. After reaching ,it was told that only venue charges were Rs.3 Lacs in case we outsourced. The employees do not have basic knowledge and for everything we ask the answer is always "NO".

Decor : Your team had suggested us to take the decor from inhouse (Ganavi) and we are extremely unhappy. For total decor we paid Rs,1,25,000 Lacs which included only flex , ballons and nothing else. DJ was pathetic just loud music and they did not play what was requested. They were extremely rude , the payment was done before the event and they did not even bother to coordinate or ensure the event went smooth.I am sure no event will have Labour charges as it is inhouse services only.You can also check your CCTV the decor was supposed to be handed over by 3pm but the entrance ballons were set only at 6:30pm.Its unprofessional and guests were waiting until the decor was set.We do not recommend anybody to use inhouse decor services.

As a guest, I expected better organization and service for an event of this nature. This experience has been a significant letdown, and I hope the resort will take these concerns seriously to ensure future guests don’t face similar issues.

Review of a Family Wedding at Fiesta.

I had probably gone to every possible venue in Bangalore before finalizing on Fiesta Resorts. Let me put across a few points.

This place has 3 venues and 49 rooms. There's a covered venue which is good for Mantap style set up and of course during the rains. There's a pool side venue with a good covered area as well where we carried out a Haldi program, there's a huge open lawn for an open air wedding / reception and there's an Amphitheatre kind of set up which can easily host more than 400 guests. If you book the entire resort and take catering from them for the events, they do not charge you separately for the venues. ( except for the amphitheater ). The venues are good and well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and have lockers and wardrobes. There's one suite room which has a small hall set up as well. There's a games room where TT and carrom are kept. The restaurant is good and the wedding catering was excellent from them. They have a bootcamp set up at the resort as well. The pool is quite good but not very deep. Very well maintained lawns and water bodies. The location is secluded and away from the city but very close to the airport. They have extra bed per rooms which are foldable good quality proper beds not just mattresses. Fumigation for mosquito and insect control.

A few things where they can improve. Some of the rooms had mildly stained sheets and the paint chipping off the wall. The wooden items and wardrobes were chipped off at many places. Same with a few washrooms as well. The shower was ancient and hardly there was any water pressure. The manager Mr Jeboy is friendly and approachable. But it looks like he's the only one who works there. All the enquiries , phone calls, or anything to discuss , we had to call him. If he's busy the calls don't get picked up. There were 2 instances where we had to travel all the way to the resort just to talk and discuss a few things. Even though there were some unpleasant discussions during the event preparation stage, Mr Jeboy went out of his way to help us when there were heavy rains during the functions and he made sure everything was smooth. He was accommodative when we crossed the time limit for some dinners. Kudos to him and his team The response from the resort management is painfully slow. The communication part can be improved a lot. Even after the fumigation there were mosquitoes

There were a few names i would like to mention as well who were very helpful during the wedding. Mr Shubendu ( Hope I got the spelling right ) Mr Karthik and Mr Jitto ( I think they're in F&B ) Mr Krishnan ( Restaurant manager ), Very nice man, always has a smiling face. Mr Jeboy ( The resort manager ). Was very helpful especially during the last minute chores.
