Great place to unwind over a weekend, works out well for large family/friends groups.

Had a great time with family in a 5 bedroom villa. Each villa comes with a private pool, foosball, board games, badminton set, cricket set. The package included a welcome drink (fresh coconut water), bon fire, BBQ set (upon request), breakfast (a la carte), guided farm tour.

The villa itself is very well maintained in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Rooms, hall, dining area are very spacious. Bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries such as towels, shower gel, shampoo (no tooth brushes, paste, comb kit like hotels although would be great to have one). Speakers are also installed for party and music lovers. BBQ set was arranged upon request including coal. I was expecting to utilize my time managing the BBQ, but their staff managed everything from lighting it up, grilling and serving. This was a truly customer care oriented staff.

The check-in check-out procedure was smooth, and we were welcomed with a fresh coconut water. The have a veg and non veg menu. All ordered items were delicious, food prices might be on the higher side for some but their service would justify it. They have a farm adjacent to the property and you will get to see some Chiku, jack fruit, etc. A common open area in front of the villas surrounded by greenery and mini fountains can be well utilized for early morning walks, and outdoor games. You might come across a friendly greyhound too 😊

The resort lives up to its name.

We had my sister's wedding and reception here and it was the wedding of our dreams.

Everything from the venue to the decoration to food to the accommodation was excellent.

Pritesh and Ninad did an exceptional job with the decoration of the venue. The venue literally looked like heaven, especially during the night.

The staff at KAI made us feel like family. The venue manager Shivu was extremely helpful. Whatever our requirements were during the wedding, Shivu helped us with everything. Prajwal from the food department always made sure the food was according to our taste. And of course, none of this would have been possible without the help of all the other staff members: Hemanth, Amoi, Sandi, Yingla, Moili, Madhu, Awang, Mongngam and Phezu. The staff even surprised us with a dance which was such a sweet and beautiful gesture.

Lastly, a big big big thanks to the owner of the resort, Mr. Pradeep. Pradeep made sure that nothing fell short of our expectations and helped us however crazy our demands were.

All the guests at our wedding really loved the experience to the point where none of us wanted the wedding to end.

I would 1000% recommend this venue to anybody looking to have their dream wedding.
