We were 4 families (total 14) visited here for a weekend and here is my feedback. We had mixed feeling so listing them as pros and cons. Overall I will rate this as Average/Above-Average for a large group (families) like us. Pros Nice property, very well done and maintained. You get the whole property for yourself. Small but Well maintained Swimming pool Close proximity to Mysore. We could actually use it our advantage and go and watch Mysore Dasara street and palace lighting on the last day. Swiggy/Zomato delivery, but the delivery boy is stopped at the gate enclosing the property, you need to walk to the gate to pickup. It is not technically a door delivery. Well equipped for a nice get together. You will find everything from glasses to bluetooth speaker to campfire.

Cons Only two bedrooms have attached bath, other two have a common one and that too without a shower. Families staying there had to go out and take bath (which is not very comfortable). Rooms are not suitable for family of 4, 3 at best and that too not all rooms. Included sofa bed is not very comfortable for 4th person and no spare blanket for the bed. A family of two takes care of property. The food they provide is good but limited in options. Their willingness to do something extra is found missing sometimes. Nothing against the caretakers, they are good but I feel more man power is needed to manage this property. Few minor Annoyances - no flasks for coffee/tea, one of bathroom door was difficult to operate, shower knob was missing - looks like some maintenance is...
