The location was not as central as we had hoped, but with autos passing frequently it was still easy to get around. The welcome was warm, staff and management were very friendly and helpful.||Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, enough storage space and a good bathroom. However, there was no safe and no fridge or minibar. There was supposed to be a balcony. This was more like an annexe to the room with the top of the wall removed, you had to stand on tip toes to be able to look outside - we just put our slippers there to dry after we had washed them when coming in from outside. Not a balcony to sit and relax. Wifi was slow for the first few hours, and then didn't work at all for the rest of our stay. 'Technical problems' was the reply each time we asked if something was being done about it.||We had dinner in the multi-cuisine in-house restaurant. The menu looked promising, we ordered some oriental dishes. We started with Manchow soup which was pretty good. Then it got progressively worse. The crispy vegetables were mushy and anything but crispy. The Kimchee vegetarian sizzler was served with lots of fries (as is the norm in India) but minus any kimchee. The American chop suey was served in a gelatinous sauce, inedible. At least the fresh lime soda was ok! The breakfast 'buffet' the next morning consisted of unappetising idli, vada and sirah - the worst we have had in many years of travel in India. Staff were trying to be helpful, but clueless. They definitely need to invest in a better chef! We ate outside after this.||When we checked out they were unable to print our bill. 'Technical problems', again. With a bit of effort they could vastly improve this hotel, and make it a better...

Not the worst can give 2.5 star Banjara chicken: as per the waiter, it was supposed to be chicken tikka covered with malai. But seems they prepare the tikka after boiling the chicken π. It was kind of rubbery. Nothing like tikka. And hyderabadi biryani: 1st of all,it was not biryani. There were gravies visible in the bowl. It was a gravy rice with chicken, tomatoes, capcicum etc. 2nd, for God's sake, if you believe the biryani should be like this, then change the name from Hyderabadi Biryani. Give it any other random name. I have been staying in Hyderabad for quite a few years and believe me, nowhere in Hyderabad you will find anything like this. Overall, not going back, not gonna recommend.
Note: all the items were recommended by the attendee. So I have to believe this what they...
