Read moreHad been there today with my family of 5 for lunch the food was so bad there .. we ordered Biriyani and the restaurant cheated us by getting us 5 min readymade Biriyani ... It's such a high investment hotel we were shocked , can you imagine a 5 min Biriyani tasting horrible from a three or four star hotel ... Crazy right ... The restaurant manager dint have the basic courtesy to tell us that there's no Biriyani available ... We Ordered some Chicken starters , both were full of salt and useless , tasteless and ya the chicken in the biriyani was only 70 percent boiled ( effect of 5 min Biriyani) .. the only reason we dint make any issue there was we were very hungry , so they had already taken 20-25 mins , to get starters... So now lastly came the horrible .. the fruitsalad with Icecream ... Even a class 2 kid makes the best fruitsalad ... But not these 3 star hotel guys ... u need to eat there to get to know how horrible it was. Ufff overall experience very very bad , never ever think of going there ... Waste of 2250 .. to eat such bad food ..it was so embrassing for all of us...
Read moreI had a booking done today morning and I received my confirmation mail on making my payment. Immediately two hours later I get a cancelation mail from the hotel saying my booking has been canceled. I Immediately call up the hotel wanting to know the reason and I'm told they are over booked and had to cancel . My question is how did the website accept the booking and the payment. After cancelation from the hotel side I was not even given a call as a courtesy sake to inform me about the cancelation. I'm yet to receive my refund .......such an unprofessional behavior from the hotel side is unacceptable and unapologetic. Totally unhappy with how things have gone with my booking .
I'm dreading to think what if I had directly come to the hotel on the day of my booking if I had not checked my mail.......I would have been so helpless...
