Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Upgraded normal to Suit room.

If you are wondering why 1 star for such hotel, I have many reasons to advise you to avoid this. Along with my friends' families, I stayed here for two days.

Hotel is not clean. I saw cockroaches, lizards and insects in bath rooms. No hot water. Forget about hot you can't even get warm water. You need to keep discarding a few buckets hoping for next bucket water will be warm. Hollow promises from reception on hot water. AC not working in one of the three rooms we stayed in. Flush not working, leakages in bathroom make it wet always. You won't even get 2 towels even if you check in to double-bed room. Bath tubs are just for posh look. Unless you are kind enough to have cold water dip in a rin that is already looking dirty.

I am not expecting it to be like any business hotels like Marriott. It should have basics fulfilled. Management knows this but seems ignoring it,...

Never ever book this hotel. They denied check in at time of checking in against confirmed booking from travel site. They asked us to cancel online booking done on travel sites & pay higher amount directly to them. Utter shameless, highly unprofessional & unethical hotel management & staff. ||Had terrible experience because of them. They can't make guests suffer & undergo through mental trauma like this even if they had pricing issues with their booking partner sites. Guests have nothing to do with that. These kind of hotels put your family security at risk at odd hours, one cant roam on streets with family when check in denied against confirmed booking, that too after reaching hotel after 10-12 long hours of travelling.||One can imagine how painful experience could be, never faced anything like it in my 15 years of travel history...

I was on a work visit so had to book a hotel nearby to the bus station. This one seemed non pricey and decent. Food is average to say the least. Would recommend guests to explore nearby food joints especially Khanavalis nearby for meals. The parking space is open so be ready to endure the sweltering heat inside haha...24 hr attendants are there to cater to you. It's on the highway to Hampi which is just a 45min drive from here. Hot water is available which is solar of course and a functional TV with programs running. No rats or rodents found here but cockroaches here and there one may find but that's not serious.
