Lotus Lake Retreat — Hotel in Karnataka

Location: This place is located in the midst of nature and coffee plantations. Very calm and peaceful place with less crowd. If you would like to enjoy a relaxing weekend with family or friends then this is one of the best.

Accessibility: The road leading to this Homestay from main road is narrow but manageable. Difficult to pass 2 cars from both sides and if you are traveling in night ensure you have your vehicle lights working.

Ambience: It is quite small place with 4 or 5 bedrooms and 2 dormitories (dorms can accommodate 7 to 10 people). Clean, well maintained, fire camp, Rain Dance, Restaurant area and a small lake with handful of ducks.

Activities: There is Tennis ball cricket set, Volleyball court, Carrom board and most importantly mud volleyball which we thoroughly enjoyed. Rain Dance is added option. No extra charges for any of these games.

Food: Very simple, tasty and healthy food. It tastes like a home made food with not much spice and oil.

Service: The staff at the venue was helpful while serving food and guiding us to activities. Special thanks to Lingaraj sir.

Cost: It is very much affordable if you are going as a group of more than 5 people. May cost little more if it is a small family or couple.
