Magnolia by Jade — Hotel in Karnataka

Feedback based on 2 nights stay of 10 family members Pros: overall the house was big and the lawn area was nice, good speaker system, property staff and food was good (they took care of the suggestions based on our feedback)

Cons: No hot water in the evening because the only option they have is solar which will not work in monsoon and its not sufficient when there are more than 3-4 people There was no water at all during the day time on the second day. After informing we had to wait for an hour. One bathroom had only boiling water from solar and the other no water at all. Loud noise kept triggering every 20min throughout the night on the first floor, so couldn’t sleep peacefully. Bathroom attached to the master bedroom had foul smell (smell due to water logged mostly) Management had promised to arrange for the candles and the snacks tray which they keep advertising as Jade’s unique experience stays which never reached the venue which we had requested a earlier. Probably all these experiences are reserved only for social media influencers. Cleanliness and hygiene can be improved. Bath towels provided were very poor quality. No dental kit. Bed sheets didn’t seem to be cleaned properly as it had someone’s lipstick marks. Extra beds provided were not really beds, they were some 3 piece foldable...

We recently stayed at this spacious villa that can easily accommodate over 20 people. The villa featured a large pool, mini movie theatre and the entire area was equipped with speakers, making it perfect for a party atmosphere. Our caretaker, Saddam, was incredibly helpful and ensured that all our arrangements and requests were taken care of.

We sourced our dinner from neighboring restaurants, and while the food was average, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The huge pool is a fantastic place to cool down and have some fun. While the depth may be slightly deeper than usual throughout, the excellent maintenance ensures a safe and refreshing experience.
