Mountain Peak Resort — Hotel in Karnataka

It was a wonderful experience staying at MPR. Having been to numerous resorts, I can firmly say MPR has tried to keep their standards and quality very high. We were a family of 10 and chose the dormitory to stay together. Not many homestays and resorts offer as many facilities like MPR. Following are the noteworthy things to mention ...

Cleanliness and Hygeine are top priority in this facility. Service from the boys (Deekshith & Prajwal) are the next best thing I noticed. Everytime I called them, they would.not walk but just run to ask what I needed. Overall food was ok. Chicken Kabab was the best I had in a long time. Additional activities like swimming pool, zip line, air gun and rain dance kept us busy throughout the day. The resort is thoughtfully done with good ambience and the owner Mr. Sandesh has taken good care to choose everything skillfully and with with love. For example, vanity welcome kit and guest toiletries, furniture and fittings, towels, shaded camp fire with a chimney for exhaust, paved parking area, well guarded compound with solar fencing, children play area and the list goes on.

One thing I would say needs improvement is food. Although it was tasty with good options for both veg and non veg, I think this can further improve to enhance customer experience.

Worst experience in this Road is too bad to reach the resort And the service was not worth a single rupee We have asked for camp fire for 5 times and they have not responded They say u have not enjoyed swimming pool and Raindance. When we had payed for everything together we can use anything we want If we want camp fire tht should be provided We have to ask for every 2700 per person is not worth I dont need to give a fake feed back If I really have to give a very negative feedback . I should mention about the late food timings It was said food will be provided at 1 and it was started at 2 pm Same happened yest night Also the tracking vehicle It should be provided as per people also I have to go to so many places Never saw this kind of vehicle. No one will provide vehicles which will be used for animal transportation Atleast jeeps should be provided thts basic common sense Also like u mentioned we had booked for 2 days We had informed yesterday soon after arrival only tht we will checkout the next day Ur manager has not informed about full payment . If he had mentioned Then we would have planned accordingly. Blackmailing guest to pay is not the way . We had asked call the local police Why was tht not done than . Recently Visited, and I must say, Mountain Peak Resort truly exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. A big thanks to Mr. Sandesh, the owner, for his warm and welcoming gesture — he ensured we felt at home throughout the stay.

Special mention to Nithin, the manager, who was extremely supportive and attentive to all our needs. The staff were friendly, responsive, and courteous, which made our experience even more pleasant.

The food was delicious with a variety of options, freshly prepared and served hot. We thoroughly enjoyed the zip line and rope games, which added a fun and adventurous touch to the trip. The fire camp at night was a memorable experience, perfect for relaxing and bonding under the stars.

Only one regret — we missed the early morning trekking, which we heard was a highlight. Looking forward to coming back again to experience it!
