Pathetic when I reached a parking was vacant in the front and I wanted to park there. The guard was stubborn to not let me park there. And made me park in a filthy place in the backside. When I came back, another car was given the space to park in the front where I was denied parking. Absolutely disgusting treatment, when raised a hue and cry, I was given a parking in the front- after altercations and a fight against discrimination. Horrible experience Got to know that kitchen is closed for renovation and one had to order from Swiggy/Zomato. I would NEVER hav stayed had I known these things before. Never coming back here

I was surprised to see the response from front Office incharge. In stead of acknowledging the problem, he wanted to deflect it as MISUNDERSTADING, which is untrue. When it happened, the folks at reception tried defending the action of the Guard until I got little loud. Then they relented. Not expected to deflect the problem when you try to build brand reputation!!!!

What made you think that you partnered with Delivery platforms ?? If the customer has to directly order through Swiggy/Zomato directly- what's your role? If you would have tied up with resturants/platforms and take the responsibility of food menu, quality and timely delivery, then it would have been justified...Otherwise, its just not true... You never communicated that your Kitchen wasn't available. I Never understood what "Better Communicated" meant in...

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, and I believe there are several key issues that need immediate attention:

Language Barrier: The staff, including the manager and reception team, should be proficient in Kannada, especially when serving in Karnataka. It's a basic courtesy for locals and visitors alike.

Room Maintenance: The commode spray in our room was not functioning, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.

Improper Handling of Luggage: The staff appeared untrained. During check-in, they placed our luggage on the coffee table instead of the designated wardrobe area, which was very unprofessional.

Door Issues: The room door didn’t close properly, and we had to struggle with it multiple times, making it quite an inconvenience every time the room boy came by.

Food Quality: The food was below average. The dosa was overly sour, likely due to an over-fermented batter, and several dishes lacked basic seasoning like salt. For a hotel charging ₹4480 per night, this was far from acceptable.

Cafeteria Service: The cafeteria staff were quite rude. When we arrived for the breakfast buffet, most food trays were empty, and basic items like chutney for idli, vada, and dosa were missing. To make things worse, ordered items were not served at our table but were instead replenished in the buffet trays, adding to the frustration.

This place has the capability to be an excellent place but I guess the management just aren’t interested. You see so many reviews that say the linen isn’t clean . It is absolutely true and i experienced it too.

Speaking about the checkin experience , I had called them 1 day in advance to let them know I’ll be reaching between 4 and 5 just so that they keep the room ready . I reached at 445 pm and the room wasn’t ready . Now once the room was allotted , the AC wasn’t working . The room was huge with a nice big balcony but ac wasn’t working . The manager tells me he will get a fan for me and I said no, I want an AC room. After a lot of persuasion (which is frustrating as I had driven 9 hrs and had 0 patience for the BS he was feeding ), he gave me 2 small rooms. Earlier he was giving me 1 room which was too small. We were 3 adults and 1 kid and he wanted us to stay there . I held my stand and told him I need 2 rooms. Now coming to the rooms , my room was extremely dirty . The windows were not dusted for ages, bathroom was smelly , bathroom had cheap fixtures . The shower was right on top Of the pot, you can literally have a bath while sitting on the pot.
