The receptionist is very unbelievably rude, arrogant, she does not know how to deal with the customer, she manipulates in a sweet way so that you would be forced to pay, She misleads guests by saying everything is available, but once you check in, you'll realize the reality is the opposite. No parking for vehicles, no breakfast, no basic facilities. The so called- Deluxe A/C room was a joke, but the AC didn't work at all. The room was suffocating, and cleanliness was below average. Money is most important for them, they don't care for guests comfort or honesty. If you have any knee problems please avoid this place- the stairs are steep, long, dangerous. Staying here can literally harm your health. Or else you will go for knee replacement . The receptionist attitude was insulting and disrespectul. She talks in such a way that you'll feel like you made a mistake by even asking for help. I've travelled to many places, but never seen such unprofessional and insensitive behaviour. Out of all staff, Ganesh ji is the best person in that residency. He was genuine, polite and respectful. Overall:- terrible management, fake promises, zero hospitallity, broken facilities. Please don't waste your money and peace of mind here. You will...
Read moreDuring our trip to Coorg we wanted to stay at a family friendly resort with a spa and a swimming pool. We chose Parumpara and really enjoyed our stay there. ||It’s a fairly large resort with many individual cottages and hotel rooms, a good size outdoor pool, spa, a buffet restaurant and an outdoor restaurant with live music in the evenings. ||The cottages around the perimeter of the long green alley adorned by tall pine trees which give both shade and privacy. There are many options for recreation inside the resort, including volleyball, children’s play area and hammocks. And I have to admit, they have the cleanest and the best equipped gym I’ve seen in Indian hotels so far. ||Our room was pretty large with a balcony, a tea kettle and a TV, pretty basic but nice. The shower was pretty average. ||Buffet breakfast and dinner featured a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes as well as machine coffee and deserts. ||Overall it’s an inviting and relaxing place to spend a weekend away with family. It’s close to major attractions too: Dubare elephant camp, Kaveri...
Read moreI recently stayed at Parampara Regency in Kushal Nagar and had a mixed experience. The deluxe rooms were quite small, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were very helpful and supportive, which made up for some of the shortcomings.
The room quality was average—not particularly impressive, but functional. I did encounter an issue with a dirty kettle, which was unpleasant at first, but the staff promptly cleaned it when I brought it to their attention.
One of the best aspects of the stay was the prime location. The hotel is situated in a great spot, just about 2 - 3 kilometers from the Namdroling Monastery, making it convenient for visitors looking to explore this iconic site.
Overall, while the property has its drawbacks, the attentive staff and excellent location ensured a decent stay. A bit more attention to room maintenance and size would enhance the guest experience...
