Prakritisiri Homestay — Hotel in Karnataka

Hongadahalla is truly a place for people who want to relax and spend time in a village type of atmosphere. This place is not commercialized and truly village, since you don't find any shops, atms nothing.... We enjoyed staying in this homestay, which is owned by old couple. The hosts are really good, friendly, felt like visiting some relatives, very caring indeed.. The malnad food prepared by aunty is good both veg and nonveg.... she takes care to see to it you eat properly and about your likes and dislikes.. Amenities wise the homestay needs to be improved.. The food and cleanliness is no doubt very good..The places are really worth watching and adventurous..Going in big groups is preferable since driving to one place will cost you Rs.800 in jeep irrespective of number of people, so for 4 people also its 800 and for 8 people also its 800. Places to visit which were near to homestay Green route trekking, Kaginahare, mookanamane abbi, hanging bridge.. Would suggest not to miss green route trekking, really adventurous and not for elderly people, and people with weak heart and children...Its like walking on the railway track which is built on pillars and trough tunnel carved in the mountain... really good awesome experience....Kaginahare is for people who love scenic views, but driving to the spot is real adventurous, driving on the mountain in jeep, mind blowing...The guide cum jeep driver Nishanth is really nice and caring person.Overall it was a nice experience to spend with the hosts and the guide.... I would definitely tell you its complete worth for...

We were here last week for 3 nights. The hosts of Prakiti siri Mr. Krishnamurthy & Mrs Leelavati should be congratulated for their awesome hospitality. This is as good as your home, rather than home stay, the way the hosts treats us. The place is awesome, with surrounding wonderful nature.This place is for people who want to relax and spend time in a village type of atmosphere. There is lot of place outside for children to play, car parking, big place for campfire. The food is very tasty, & Mrs Leelavathi herself takes initiative in preparing food & the staff were Good enough to prepare food upon request on our stay. The corner rooms are very spacious. Rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable. This property is near to trekking, Kaginahare, mookanamane, bisile ghat, hanging bridge. walking on the railway track which is built on pillars and trough tunnel carved in the mountain... really good awesome experience. driving on Patla mountain was again an awesome experience.People planning to visit Sakleshpura must visit this place at least once. The complete experience is definitely worth going through. . Visit this place if you are looking for a perfect weekend, relaxation. We look forward to visit this...

Excellent Service, taste foods and everything about the place is perfect.||||This is an amazing homestay with courteous staff and humble owners... The food (BF, Lunch and Dinner) was excellent and satisfied everyone's taste buds, the staff were Good enough to prepare food upon request on our stay & hot water is available 24/7 which is essential at this place due to low temperatures. The location is just perfect for late morning walks and evening talks ! A special Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Krishnamurthy or Krishnagowda uncle for creating this paradise for nature enthusiasts like us !! overall an excellent place to stay ...!!
