Prince Of Kalasa — Hotel in Karnataka

I've never encountered a worst experience like this. Had a very horrible time here. I've seen here Mr. Mohan replying to the comments telling he gives the best, but as he had promised that both veg and nonveg food would be available but as when we asked about the food menu he was like we are not preparing nonveg for only two ppl... And all other guest are vegetarians its difficult to cook nonveg for only two. And he said he can get nonveg food from outside and I was supposed to pay for that... But he said both veg and nonveg food is included in the package.

Worst maintained pool I've ever seen and Mr. Mohan expects guests to go there and enjoy. While having lunch one of his boy spilled whole lot of juice on my dress. Mr. Mohan doesn't have a minimum commonsense to apologise for the mistake... Instead of that he started scolding his boy. And I see him replying to the comments, telling bullshit about hospitality.

Coming to the evening snacks part, he served two spoons of three kinds of mixtures that too all were mixed.

The room was unhygienic where the bedspreads were stinking. As Mr.mohan says he has an experience of 14 years in this firm but Mr. Mohan doesn't know to keep a pair of towel and soap in the room and how to keep the room hygienic by Atleast changing the bedspreads.

Let me tell you guys about the breakfast... As they prepared veriety of dishes... And all the dishes were served at a time in a single small plate.... There was no question of our choice as they didn't ask what we eat... Simply put everything and served...on top of that the ಪುಳಿಯೋಗರೆ consists of hair.... And the most worst thing was we find hair in coffee too..

After all the "best hospitality" as said by Mr. Mohan, he comes and gives the justification for whatever the bullshit happened.

After seeing the property and hospitality I still wonder how ppl gave 5 stars. And I see Mr. Mohan replying to the negative comments with all the bullshit justifications.

This poperty is not worth paying 1.5k per head.

I'm literally pissed off with this...

We had been for a one day trip from Mangalore/Udupi. We have just contacted them two days ago asking for some package for a day.... They said there are jeeps and pickups by which we can travel to Kyatanmakki hills❤️ Hanging bridge ❤️ Amba Theertha❤️ Soormane waterfalls ❤️ So we booked them for a Sunday with lunch and evening coffee. On the day of trip we reached to prince of kalasa and from there they guided us and took us to top of kyatanmakki hills, that was just mesmerising moment for all of us... though the roads till hill is worst but it's worth to visit top of hills. Later came back to hanging bridge which was very old bridge and good sightseeing was there, and then to Amba Theertha where we can play with the water flowing. After that we were back to resort for lunch and had good dining there and left to soormane falls, Falls is full of safety since that is not deep to drown... So u can get down into falls and enjoy ur time... It was around 4:30 and we had a coffee there and left with some bags of tea powder and coffee powder. You can always expect some of the cinema stars who is having shooting there .. and u can get a chance to talk to them also you can have a selfie. Also Rachitha Ram is very close to owner of the resort. Chandra Mohan is the owner of this resort, also heard that this was first resort in kalasa initially. Jeep drivers were very kind and shared their knowledge throughout the journey, also mind-blowing drivers. Hence we had a safe one day trip with...

Truly amazing.......... yes this was the first word I recollect from Prince of kalasa. As the name suggests, it indeed is a royal experience I had here. We took a team of 37 mbrs last month to their premise.The drive from Bangalore to kalasa woww.The homestay is two Kms from kalasa and situated at horanadu road. First thing which impressed us was the building & it's locality.There r two beautiful houses in the midst of huge coffee estate.At the backdrop there is roaring Bhadra river.Kudremukh mountains will welcome ur presence everywhere at the estate. They have got a beautiful restaurant,swimming pool,sports room, attached to their big 2acres ground ahead of homestay. Food,well neer dosa,akki rotti, kottekadubu,onion dosa,masala dosa & their various malnad recipes.That green coriander thokku hmmm.......its pulling us again..... Places....jeep safari to waterfalls,hanging bridge,lunch at ambatirta,mugilupete hills & bonfire dinner.Marvellous.kayaking and swimming at hanging bridge above 30 feet ohhhh thrilling. Hosts, Mr Chandra mohan & veerendra owners of the premise,took our hospitality to a greater level.Very pleasing guys to the core. Also sachin & Vikas made their presence felt everytime with their modesty. I would like to revisit this next year with our team.One great chikamagalore...
