Taking out good amount of time to write a review here to ensure nobody goes through the horrendous experience our family had. Please dont waste your time booking this place. If you want to see the actual reviews, filter by lowest rating and read through. Here are the details from our stay: If they didnt have rooms they should have refused us, instead they had us in a supposedly new building, unfinished. Sheets were not changed from the previous guest and at 11.30 in the night we had house keeping over for an hour, cleaning the entire room while we had our child stay up that late for the room to be cleaned. Water does not flow in the bathroom, towels and pillow covers are stained, AC shuts down, frequent power cuts/ interruptions, unfinished wardrobes etc. Inexperienced house keeping staff had to be told how to clean the bathroom Next day we get shifted to a supposedly well done block. Rooms were ok, better than the previous ones, but the issue with the bathroom continued. For such a reputed resort and a new one of sorts, the bathrooms were dirty, not cleaned well. Coming to the food and the overall look and feel of the hotel. Food was below average. Specific items we ordered was decent but nothing special. For a hotel this big, they should have lunch and dinner buffet, which was not available. Breakfast buffet was very basic, 3 types of fruits, watery milk shakes, basic south indian varieties, nothing special for what they claim to be. While some of us were given food in time, our other orders were delayed for 45 min. Look and feel is very basic and nothing significant. Even a small scale hotel would have decor like this. Now coming to the most important part, hospitality and basic etiquette like respect. Experienced some of the most sarcastic, rude, untrained, arrogant staff in the hotel. They have definitely hired incompetent staff and even more incompetent managers who supposedly lead and train them. Lead and train them to not show respect!!!

While I truly appreciate your personal help, I must share that our overall experience at the Ramada property was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of your staff.||From the moment I arrived at the venue, there were avoidable issues. Despite our prior discussions, your staff informed us that the microphone and speakers were chargeable. When I highlighted that this had already been agreed upon during your visit to our office, they claimed complete unawareness, which was surprising and unprofessional.||The most concerning issue, however, was during our check-in process in the evening after the conference.|1. All guest ID cards had already been shared via email, yet your team insisted on hard copies, making the process unnecessarily hectic|2. We had requested one room to be kept on hold. Despite having a Suite Room available, the staff rudely stated that no rooms were available|3. Their behavior was highly unprofessional — using hand gestures, speaking dismissively, and repeatedly saying “let Roderic come and sort it” instead of taking accountability|4. To make matters worse, the staff communicated in Malayalam assuming I wouldn’t understand. When I responded in the same language, they were visibly taken aback||Shockingly, even when my Founder & CEO got involved, the staff did not extend basic courtesy or professionalism. They made him wait for over 20 minutes and continued with the same dismissive attitude.||This entire experience was not only disappointing but also deeply embarrassing in front of my leadership team.
