River View Resort — Hotel in Karnataka

Cons- 1.hot water only available in the morning time. Only bread omlete coffee and tea available in the kitchen. No food available. And this place is very far the Mangalore city 3.the care taker is not polite humble kind to their customers Very bad in handling customer service. We checked in to very small room.. washrooms has no ventilators.. Windows are closed. Balcony door is closed after 10pm. You go there to enjoy the view and they close the balcony door at 10pm Second day we upgraded to suit room in first floor. In washroom, the water was getting blocked. Water was stagnet. Manually push the water to flow. 9.owner as well was rude. When we called him to check for address. His reply was " when two other people has been checked in wat else do you need". Is this the way you reply to customers?? 10.we had to go out of homestay early mrng at 6:45am,we called himhat 5:45 am to turn on the solar hot water.then at 6:45am care taker is so least bothered to open the door. He says u guys open the door and go. Then when we ask abt the keys and gate .. he gets up and uses " saaav" word. is thisthis you behave to customers 11.wat ever you replied. It's all lie. We haven't aksed the care taker to open the Gate. We asked him to open the balcony door . 12.we got only window river view 13.its a not party place 14.they don't have feedback book as well in their homestay. 15.this is first ever bad experience 16.not recommended to only girls if u are planning to. There is no security guard in the security room. Care taker and one maid all alone 18.owner and care taker both are very rude to customers Not worth the money and not peacefull because of these incidents.dont go with pictures posted online. Better to book a normal hotel in the Mangalore...

I had visited last week. Property is great, rooms were clean and Service was also good. Staffs are friendly and very helpful (Arun I guess, forgot his name 😅 and morning shift uncle). I had gone solo and stayed there for 4 days. It was great experience, kinda workation. Internet connectivity is great. It was my first solo and bit worried about safety on first day as there were no other guests in the resort🤭but no need to worry about that at all, staffs are too caring. I didn't face any issues at all except mosquitoes 🙃 Just beware of snakes, those are regular customers there as property surrounded with greenery😝 good to have own vehicle as auto charges are bit expensive. Swiggy and Zomato are available to order food but delivery charges included since the property is bit away from city center. Overall, loved the property. Great place to stay there for long time as well ❤️ During my stay, i had covered Kadri, Koragajja adi sthala, tannir bhavi Beach and panambur Beach. Explored little near resort as well (kodikal). First floor terrace is my favorite place there, you will get to see...

Feel bad to give even one star!! This guest house is more like a strict hostel. The balcony and gates will be closed by 10pm. No going out after that!! The care taker there who looks after the place is so sick. Doesn't know to respect girls o treat guest in a good way. He is cheap enough to peek into your room when you are out to visit places around!! Then comes the owner who just doesn't receive calls. He prefers texting through WhatsApp ! Have never met such bad attitude guy who replies so rudely to your sincere questions!! A big no to all those who are planning to stay at this place for your vacay.. And adding to this, I do have a record of calling the owner and him not picking the call not just once but always and I do have a msg of him telling us to txt than call. This owner is one rude fellow who would lie to an extent to save his reputation ! So never ever believe what ever he writes...
