Hi,First of all Your response it self is rude,irresponsible and arrogant..You are not ready to take feedback in right spirit and expect a 5 star rating even with behavioural issues..If you are a owner - Leave your arrogance and please take the feedback in right spirit..As I haven’t highlighted yet the entire episodes you forced me to do so.. 1)We stepped into your resort around 6pm,but paid the amount as you instructed without questioning and received humiliation by your manager SANJAY?????Why you are in a misconception that we did not have any options to stay other than your home stay..This shows your arrogance.. 2)Despite several reminders Your AC and Water supply was disrupted and created a complete hassle for us as 2 kids family???even any small outfit provides these tiny facilities..Hence correct your statement 3)Hygine issues were the first one to be addressed..Why in the earth some one has to remind the owner to clean the toilets even after 1 and half days of the stay???? 4)As it’s a sort container house we stayed..The day time was so hot,your AC in the room didn’t work even and to be reminded time and again for the same??? 5)When you have shared the allegation - my kid did susu thorough window - Please provide the evidence. 6)When I shared about the owner 2nd source of income - intent here to bring into your notice - had it been your 1st sources,your presence in the property would have made a huge difference for your business and SANJAY sort of people shouldn’t have taken the advantage. 7)Your manager - SANJAY behaviour was not only rude he was so arrogant to switch off the music system by 10.25pm all of sudden without talking to us..Are we in a MILITARY CAMP??we have gone to enjoy only few 2days and why this sort of behaviour 1 not acceptable at all - Even highlighted to you???on top of it your response is disappointing?? 8)As a client - Any owner takes the feedback sportively when there is a flaw..Why so hyper on commenting..If the same energy been displayed to strengthen the above mentioned issues you can retain many clients.. 9)we are a frequent visitor and can check - haven’t shared any feedback/review so far in public platform like this.. 10)When as a owner you used this sort of words “you are that kind”- Please think through - you are a owner and take the feedbacks in right spirit..Your 3 years experience gentleman’s face was full of arrogance - as if he won the battle after misbehaving and no sort of appology sign been displayed..this is called intervention???? 11)Please don’t consider your Property as 7 star and this is not the only property we stayed in Chikmangalore..we have stayed also in a property paying 4K per day and would DM you about our experience and would suggest - Please don’t expect if some one doesn’t give any good ratings you are offended and by defending your staff inefficiency you can comment anything and everything.. 12)You have confirmed that you are coming to your property the day we were leaving and meet us personally...unfortunately I didn’t get any chance to meet..However,You have not even called once to check - is the issues sorted and Did SANJAY apologised for his irresponsible behaviour???what ownership meaning here??

Activities: There were plenty of activities to keep me engaged. I enjoyed guided nature walks, where I learned about the local flora and spices like pepper and cinnamon.
Scenery: The natural beauty surrounding the “Robusta” was breathtaking. From misty mornings to vibrant sunsets, every moment was a visual treat. The serene environment provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection.
Overall Experience: Staying at this Robusta Valley Inn was a rejuvenating experience. It offered a unique blend of comfort, adventure, and cultural immersion. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. I highly recommend this Robusta Valley Inn to anyone looking to unwind and experience the beauty of the natural world.
To sum up our overall experience at the inn, we completely forgot ourselves during our four days there. The rating I give to this inn based on my own experience is 4.7 out of 5. OUR PREVIOUS REVIEW : The place and ambience is very good. BUT THE STAFF HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MANAGER SANJAY IS VERY RUDE IN HIS BEHAVIOR. HE ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH LADIES. WHEN WE ASKED SANJAY TO ALLOW US TO BOIL MILK FOR INFANT CHILDREN, HE BLUNTLY REFUSED, SAYING THAT WE DON'T ALLOW THIS. WE HAD NO OPTION BUT TO GIVE COLD MILK TO OUR CHILDREN AS THEY WERE RESTLESS AND HUNGRY. This SANJAY is a very ill tempered person, and creates uncalled for arguments for everything.. spoiling our enjoyment. We have come down to this place with our families and children, but due to this Manager sanjay, our whole programme is spoiled. The owner of the resort is a nice and sensible lady, but for this unprofessional person SANJAY... our whole enjoyment was not only spoiled, but also our children faced a very bad experience during the festive season.
