There is nothing there in the name of customer service, There is no swimming pool and there was Tub and a lot of dirty water in it which was cleaned after we arrived.

I started having severe headaches at 12:00 in the night, due to which I called some of the staff members and Owner who was sleeping in the room above us but They did not answer our call. We went for a night out from 1st- 2 nd June, with family, we were a group of 15 people. The property is very nice, with full greenery and peace, the service was too good, very helpful staff, the owner called and told please let me know before 15 mins of coming so that I can keep the AC on. All 15 members enjoyed the stay, highly recommended.

Just few suggestions for improvements: A deep cleaning is needed, specially for bathrooms, the dustbins had lot of dust. The bed sheets need better washing, they were not white and intact didn’t look that clean Few things needs to be replaced like chairs in seating area they are in bad shape, also the khat needs to be repaired.

Dear friends i have been here with my group couple friends in january 2018.the weekend we spent here was memorable.

attitude of owner and staff was excellent.they provided us full equipped kitchen if we want to cook ourself of any choice.

rooms were neat and clean with nice beds,lovely wooden flooring,aircondition rooms are in pyramid shape for energy level,bathrooms are very nice all nature theme with hot and cold water 24hrs.

we enjoyed our evening with barbeque and alav on chargeable basis in lap of nature.

kids enjoyed pool game, carrom,table tennis, cricket, badminton and many more activities.

live display kitchen on height was mind blowing with good view.
